First up we have a healthy classic that has taken over juice shops everywhere, green juice. To give yourself a healthy and tasty serving of liquid greens every day, you’ll just need a few ingredients. Combine a banana, spinach, apple, celery, cucumber, and your choice of nut or soy milk into a blender with ice and blend until smooth. To shake it up, add some ginger, mint, or cinnamon depending on what you like.
Berries are full of antioxidants and are often referred to as a superfood, so why not start your day with a delicious, antioxidant-rich berry smoothie?
